Is that supposed to be Count Dooku between Darths Sidious and Maul?

I actually like the art style of that drawing in general, but those eyes freak me out.

Not to mention with the upside-down Outers, for a second there I thought creepy-Chibiusa was dual-wielding the Silence Glaive and Pluto's big key thing whose name no one ever seems to remember.

Does it even -have- a name? I've seen it referred to as both the Garnet Rod (because of the talisman which -is- named, the Garnet Orb) or the Time Staff, but I don't think either name is specifically canon either.

Some more bat-family stuff.

I miss Steph as Batgirl, she was fun. I also miss Barbara as Oracle. She was more interesting in that role.

Cassandra Cain is my Batgirl. I preferred Steph as Spoiler. At least then she had a good reason for not being quite good enough; she was a noob growing into the role. That so many authors couldn't get past that is frustrating (though not nearly as frustrating as seeing them let Adam Beechen write Cass).

Merc

For what it's worth, Steph finally got over the 'not good enough' as batgirl, which is another reason why I like her as batgirl. She got more out of the identity than Babs and Cass did. ^_~

Cass honestly never really interested me much though. She felt too much like Batman, with a darker past from the former assassin background (and boobs, obviously), so even though there was that redemption aspect to her...eh, didn't really grab me. That said, first impressions situation with her for me, I never really picked up her comic book series, and so I only tended to observe her peripherally in other comics.

Out of curiosity, was Beechen the guy behind OYL and then Deathstroke/drugs? Because that was pretty stupid. >_>

Yes, he was. And yes, it was. It's like he's trying to top War Games for stupid.

Merc

Damn you for reminding me of War Games. >_>
