Again, this one is fairly obvious. The second is a bit more complicated, but has a translation:



Panel One:
Kushina: What should we do about this many cockroaches?
Minato: Can we use that jutsu? Let's try it.

Panel Two:
Kushina: Minato is the best! I made this for you!
Minato: Then I won't hold back!

Panel Three:
Sarutobi: Minato you brat! My house is full of cockroaches from your teleportation jutsu! What are you trying to do?
Minato: Oh ... is that so?
Kushina: 3rd?

Panel 4:
Sarutobi: Don't think I wouldn't know, since you are the only one who could use that jutsu! You're coming with me to settle this!
Minato: I apologize~
Kushina: Sorry, 3rd~
