I have a dream that one day, men will be punched in the face not for the color of their skin, but for the awful content of their character.

This was amazing.

That was very entertaining.

Satoru Iwata, President/CEO of Nintendo passed away at age 55.

Sad to see him go at such a young age. Although not a name attached to a particular game as a creator, the man's done a lot at Nintendo and was definitely one of its most recognizable figures.

Plus, he'll always be remembered the reason that players were able to revisit Kanto in the original Pokemon Gen 2 games.

Just found this. It's poetic and hits a little too close to home for me. Basically a short eulogy for a gamer.

That one does hit hard. Reminds me of a few friends I've lost over the years. Oof.

He also deserves a lot of credit (and blame) for nintendo still managing to exist and thrive as a video game company, this past decade or so.  Sad way to go.
Well, Goodbye.

Anastasia

There's no really good way to go, but that's a miserable one.

Something totally different, a professional blog I enjoy reading. It gives a lot of good advice for dealing with the follies of the workplace.

So a friend of mine linked me this:

http://dontevenreply.com/

It appears to be a site dedicated to what I can only call epic tier trolling of people who post for sale ads. The first few were I read were very amusing. Absolutely evil, but very amusing.

What if they're not stars at all? What if the night sky is full of titanic far-off lidless eyes, staring in all directions across eternity?

Merc

Well what if I want to vote for Bomberman? Ever think of that?!?

(I didn't vote for bomberman)

You can vote for both!

How have I never heard of this man before? This is great.

From what I hear...and even looking at that Survey, I don't think Konami is even remotely serious.

Also Vegatarian's nightmare was awesome.
Well, Goodbye.

Real Life First Person Shooter

This is significantly more entertaining than it sounds, trust me.
