The crowd goes wild, celebrating Axeslasher's triumphant victory! Afina is more sedate, merely clapping her small hands together slowly. "And so Axeslasher remains undefeated," she says, wondering if the giants front-loaded their strongest warriors in hopes of sweeping through all opposition, or if like her they're keeping the strongest in reserve. "Lets see how long he keeps that up. Rushing Tiger?" she says to the visible disappointment of the other two behemoths, but he seemed the most vigorous in attacking that door earlier and so deserves a reward. "Take the field."

And with steps that shake the entire arena the titanic stone behemoth clomps forward, great smashing stone pillars rising from its back between each pair of its six legs. The crowd falls to hushed silence in anticipation, and Afina allows herself the barest smirk before calling, "Begin!"

Unlike the elemental, her behemoth can benefit with an augmentation spell, and Afina obliges by bestowing haste upon it as it breaks into an all out charge, slamming into Axeslasher with a terrific blow even as its very steps shake the ground beneath enough to potentially topple the giant!

The giant braces for the charge, axe coming up to strike - but your golem is quicker. It hits him right in the chest, the crack of bone audible from the impact. The giant is knocked down and groans, trying to get up and failing. After a few moments, the clan leader grimaces and says, "Axeslasher's beat."

"Alright Rushing Tiger, back off," Afina calls, pleased at the performance. The crowd proves gracious enough to applaud Axeslasher for his performance even as he's forced to endure the walk of shame. "Bring forth your next champion, Clan Mightythrow!"

Less a walk and more of being dragged off by two other giants. He's in no condition to get up. "Go, Smithsmasher," The clan leader declares, a giant with a big longspear at the ready stepping forward, 30ft away from the golem. His expression is calm, studying the golem in some detail.

Rushing Tiger returns that scrutiny, the painting over his head giving him a bestial mien even if he's rendered expressionless by the rigidity of his construction. "Very well. Begin!" she calls, debating if it's worth bolstering Tiger some more or just throwing out a spell. Perhaps she'll wait and see what Smithsmasher is made of before deciding?

Rushing Tiger takes that invitation, pixing up steam as he lumbers forward into melee! It's not quite the headlong charge he did against Axeslasher, stopping with enough distance that Smithsmasher is unlikely to fall over from the earthshaking steps of the behemoth. But that's no protection from the earthshaking force of its hammerblow!

With on charge coming, the giant just braces into the blow. He takes it solidly, standing firm despite the shot. "Not bad," he finally says, whirling his spear about in a blurring circle of movement. He slams it butt-first into the golem's chest, pounding him like a drum.

"So that's how it is, hm?" The giant mutters to himself as he slams the butt of his spear into Rushing Tiger's chest. A crack as stone gives way and a small crater is made, stone chips peppering everything around. He whirls back and snaps his fingers, as suddenly a lightning bolt strikes from the clear blue sky.

Dinged but far from ruined, Rushing Tiger endures the assault with a minimum of harm, stepping closer to Smithsmasher and letting its great stone crushers practically blur with movement as they lash out one after the other in a terrifying sequence before the first one sneaks in another blow thanks to Afina's haste spell. As for the pixie herself she holds her spell in reserve, content to let Tiger handle himself here.

"Careful not to kill him, Tiger," Afina calls, continuing to hold back on any magical aid as it seems unnecessary. And while she ordinarily wouldn't care about killing a few giant bandits, it would ruin the festive atmosphere of their little tournament. Following Afina's advice, the great stone behemoth attacks more slowly now, pausing for a brief instant after each strike so as not to overdo things.
