The balor stays right where he is, chest burnt and stabs into the shoulder tearing flesh easier now. The creature grunts loudly and concentrates, wounds largely healing in an instant. It then makes a quick snap of its whip, a small barrage of icicles pelting Afina.

Flying back down near the other two demonic champions she rests a hand on Afame to benefit from its increase in her dodging skills while preparing herself to evade any attacks that come her way.

The demon charges, as both Zani and the nameless one flee in opposite directions. The balor roars in sublime fury, charging Afina like a mountain coming down on a mere pebble.

That's more like it! Still, he's skilled enough to pose a genuine threat in melee - if she hadn't been watching for it that strike would've likely carved a piece out of her. Forbearing spells for the moment she relies on Afame to sharpen her reflexes while guiding Hywelbane in to strike, aiming to scar Hupan's flank before she darts back into the centre of the area between the remaining four champions.
