Her price limit for the raw materials is 10,000gp, she'll pay it out of her own pocket.

Soon enough the two of you stand before Baleruk. Dangling from one of his claws is a necklace of delicately interwoven, spiderweb-like links of platinum. In the center is inset a massive emerald, a clear and bright green that's been cut and polished beautifully. The prismatic dragon lowers it towards Moore and Afina, saying not a word.

Afina is tempted to say something flippant and wink at Baleruk but can't make herself do it. "We'll make sure she knows exactly where it came from," she promises before turning to Moore. "Meet me by the gates in say an hour? We'll head out then."

"Good." Baleruk says, then turns his gaze onto Moore. He says nothing, just watching the pixie.
