Okay, I feel somewhat better today. However, I have some errands to do, so let me do those first and we'll see from there. They've been neglected all week for obvious reasons.

AC's broke and the new one isn't coming in until next week. Until then expect some intermittent awayness, crabbiness due to the heat and general misery. If I'm unpleasant to anyone, I apologize in advance. Take solace in the fact that it's because I'm sitting here and sweating in the miserable heat.

So yeah, I had a night. In no particular order:

- Something in my place is setting off my asthma, no idea what. Been cleaning like mad this morning to try and help, gonna run an air purifier too. Lots of inflammation and coughing.
- Got woken up by a roach. Yeah. Imagine the possible ways that can happen and none of them are good. In silver lining territory, our bimonthly spraying is today anyway, so that's amazingly good timing.
- What sleep I got was disjointed and broken up. It was also on the living room couch, which never helps.
- My dog's compulsive itching and chewing was in full effect last night and she stayed by me, so I was semi-constantly disturbed by her chewing, ignoring being told to stop and going on until she cries. Rinse and repeat all night long. Poor dog, at least she's getting better, but tonight was not one of her good nights.

Yeah, I'm not sure how coherent I'm going to be today. I'm gonna try to run, but it may fizzle out. Falling asleep sitting up is a possibility, depending on how my energy level goes. So if I just vanish, assume I'm asleep.

Things I'm not good at: Saying I'm taking a day off and not posting.

> No, just a 4-5 hour 'nap'. Short version: Fell asleep at the normal time, woke up an hour and a half later super feverish, faded away in a few minutes. Weird, sleep again. An hour again, same deal. Stay up several hours, reality finally catches up and I lay down, sleep straight through.

From IRC, hence no posting today. I'll post tonight after work if I feel up to it, working a short shift since not 100%.
