Jaela resummons her favorite armor. "That's meaningless until Afina returns. Then we'll see how morale goes." She tilts her head. "If we get a chance at a few quiet days after, how about you introduce me to your other kid?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Anastasia

"If we do," Hanna says, "Good luck on that."
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Corwin

"How come? Think he'd hate me or something?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Anastasia

"I meant getting a few quiet days," Hanna says, smiling. She reaches out and clasps your shoulder, "But if you want to backtalk, I can tell embarrassing stories."
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

Corwin

Jaela smirks. "Yeah, tell me one about him!"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Anastasia

"Why not?" Hanna smiles, "One time when he was first adventuring, he found a cursed ring. Put it on without realizing it and fell right for it. It made him appear naked, no matter what. He was stuck wearing that a month until he got back home. He ran into where I was and said I had to help him...where I was entertaining guests, of course."
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Corwin

"How horrifying," Jaela says with a grin. "Who does that? Any of it?" She shakes her head in amusement. "So is he still touchy about this, or can I get him a ring that looks just like it?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Anastasia

"Wizards with too much time on their hands," Hanna laughs, "Better him than a female adventurer, at least. The ring was plain gold, two twisted bands woven together and linked with tiny chains, almost too small for the eye to see."

<Afina> Forever.

Corwin

"I'll bug Sylvie to make it." Jaela shrugs. "Maybe it can even repeat the magic, for one activation? Speaking of, what if it briefly turned him into a girl, at that?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Anastasia

"Jaela," Hanna says evenly, "What if when you met your brother, you suddenly found yourself naked in front of him? Let alone if it turned you into a man."
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Corwin

"Why would I care, it's not my body." Jaela coughs. "Too much? No worries, I won't humiliate family just for the heck of it. And speaking of, maybe you could use a Sending or something so we don't end up just dropping in on him?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Anastasia

"Too much. We aren't succubi, we don't greet family by flashing each other," Hanna says firmly. "I'll take care of those details."
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Corwin

"Ooh! I almost forgot, we're totally bringing the succubus babe along."
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Anastasia

"Jaela," Hanna warns, "We are not bringing Canderella along. Even if you're sleeping with her she's not coming."
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

Corwin

"Sure, no problem!" Jaela cheerfully agrees.
