Righteous Fury is actually a Spell Compendium spell. It's Paladin 4.

You said righteous aura before. Okay, is righteous fury the name of it then?

[Nephrite]

No, I messed up. Righteous Aura is the name of the spell.

[Anastasia]

I'm going to rule this is outside of the abilities of limited wish for the following reasons.

1. It's a paladin 4 spell and that's it. There's some unique paladin spells (especially levels 3-4) that are stronger than the spell level would suggest.
2. Adding multitarget to the spell is worth a level adjustment at least. Perhaps more than one since it's a paladin only spell meant only for high level paladins.
3. It's a sacred bonus to an ability score at hour/level duration. That's rare and expensive.

It can only duplicate up to 5th level divine spells, and these various notes would make what you're proposing past the bounds of a 5th level divine spell.

Can it just cast Righteous Aura then? That should surely be within the written description of the spell. If not that, then how about just the sacred bonus to Charisma for some amount of time?

Righteous aura as written's fine. Expanding it's just beyond the scope of limited wish in this case.

Then we'll just go with that. Illsenine can do the same thing if she wishes. :)

Also, what's that put your Charisma at?

37, or +13.

He's going to pretty much go around the quarter with Illsenine for an hour or two and see if he attracts any attention by just being so radiant and beautiful.

"Oh?" Ilsenine asks as you step down a side street, away from crowds and people for a few moments.

Moore shakes his head. "The more I think about it, the less I'm willing to do it. So we'll just have to do it the right and proper way." He holds a hand out to Illsenine at that. "Let's just look around some more, but... enjoy each other's company, also."
