Nephrite

Oh, sorry, I thought it was an either or thing. K:N is 59 also.

Anastasia

The leaves are a magical growth and should be safe to detach.

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

Moore will detach them and put them in one of his haversack pockets. Maybe they can be useful for something!

Anyway, where were they...

He looks up and shakes his head. "I suppose we don't have any choice but to go up. If we head east we should arrive back at the stairs that are on this floor, then we can go down and back."

Anastasia

Post in loot you're keeping a leaf and put it into your inventory.

Up you go. This is a small room with a passage to the west.

A pentagon and two stone sphere are embedded into the floor.

You hear the chimes of a clock to the west.

Nephrite

Hmm, the likelihood of being cut off from somewhere isn't very high here... If it closes the passage to the west there's probably a way around it...

Moore will touch the sphere stone!

Anastasia

The pentagon crumbles and a small pink gemstone clatters to the ground.

A moment later both spheres burst.

Suddenly a burst of fire engulfs both you and Ilsenine.

But nothing happens, as above you an anvil forms, plunging at your head.

Reflex.

You ddoge out of the way in the nick of time, avoiding being crushed beneath the anvil. Ilsenine flutters away, "Moore!" she cries.

"It's all good!" Moore says with a smile. "For some reason, I forgot that these are the trap ones and not the room-changing ones." He hits himself on the head with a fist. "Forest for the trees, right?" He leans down to pick up the gem!

Anastasia

It's a small bit of pink quartz. Moderately valuable, maybe a few hundred gold at most.

He will store it in his haversack for now! "My guess is this is probably used in a puzzle on this floor." Moore says as he continues on to the west.

Anastasia

Another plain and unremarkable room, but this one is full of broken bits of stone.

On the ceiling is a pentagon and two stone spheres.

The clock chimes are closer now, presumably coming from another passage to the west, which is the only other way to go in this room.

"Curiouser and curiouser and even more curiouser..." Moore says as he slowly flies through the room to the west. He won't mess with anything else just yet.

Anastasia

Inside of this room are no other passages, save for the one out. However, a great mess of pendulums and gears work here, all working chimes that connect to a clock face. According to that, it is high noon.

Moore opens his mouth as if to say something and then closes it.

"Well, there's... definitely something here to figure out, otherwise we've got no other directions to go in." Moore says.

He decides to wait for a few minutes to see if the clock face actually changes at all.
