Nephrite

Moore casts Haste on both of them to get them down there more quickly as he follows after! May as well make sure this gets done fast.

The two of you fly down, plunging towards the river. At about 1000ft above, you hear a voice scream, "Oh...oh help me. Let me out! AH! STOP!"
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Moore takes a breath and continues on.

"If we spend time trying to help every single person here, we're not going to get anywhere. I feel for them, but the longer we're here the worse we'll be." He says with some sadness.

Anastasia

"Don't even look. Souls condemned here are tormented for a reason," Sylvie's voice is calm, collected and cool. "For one to escape being a larvae and get personal attention indicates a soul stained black as tar by sin's inglories."

Moore nods.

"As much as we disagree in terms of good and evil, I respect the fact that they have an orderly way of doing things." He says as he continues on.

Anastasia

You descend down, Sylvie not commenting on this. You're perhaps 100ft above the river now - hundreds of feet wide, raging and churning through rapids. "Go on," Sylvie says, "I'll keep watch. If all else fails, get off plane and I'll get myself home."

Moore will fly down to set the box on the bank of the river and wait for enough to flow into it so he can seal it up!

To explain in case it isn't clear, he's going to put the box on the very edge and not just like dunk it in the middle, he'd like to have some resistance from the waters flowing, if that makes sense.

Anastasia

To quote: There's no real banks to the river, the walls of the canyon rise straight up from the river, not even a slope to precariously balance on.

You'll need to revise that plan. You  mean rest it against the canyon wall then?

I really should read and not gloss over these sorts of things. In that case yes.

Anastasia

This isn't hard, exactly, but it's not easy or safe, either. Make a Dex check.

You hover ten feet up, dodging droplet sprays and scooping down. Fortunately it goes about as well as it can. You dodge and hold on tight, able to withdraw the container with it full of Styx-water.

Moore will make sure it's sealed before he heads back to Sylvie and then Greater Plane Shift them back to Aurora's entrance!
