Is this a spell or a creature? Close-Quarters fighting gives me a free AoO against anything trying to grapple me, even if it has improved grab or the like, and I add the damage to my CMD.

Also as I'm airborne I'd be invisible to tremorsense if it's using that to determine its targeting.
