Could I avoid it by substituting psionics a la Bend Reality or Reality Revision, since psionics don't generally have components?

No. The closest thing I can get is Hypercognition, which essentially turns me into Tattletale. But it's an 8th level discipline power and I can't baseline manifest it out of Reality Revision.

Hell with it, let's see what happens. I'm gonna try pushing RR outside its normal bounds. Text says it's possible.
