Blindsight returns the same tangled mess.

This is twisted space - reality has been tied into a pretzel with epic magic. A rare thing to be sure, usually the result of a deity up to no good in his divine realm. It's just about impossible to cross and trying will render most creatures sick, insane, both or worse.

Surraruthru and Moore also recall that dispelling this sort of thing is hard. While it can be dispelled (assuming an ongoing spell causes it), it causes a massive release of energy that devastates everything near it. This can be negated, but only by a second caster also using a powerful dispel to counter that as the first dispel undoes the magic. Merely dispelling it leads to an ugly disaster.
