Afina's spell seems to do nothing, fizzling against overwhelming force in the sky. She can see soldiers fleeing, hurrying - but only about 3/4ths are going to make it at this rate.

How far away are the soldiers that seem unlikely to make it?

Anywhere from a few hundred feet away (those rushing to Aurora) to several thousand feet away (those on the fringes hurrying to the Fallen Throne).

Afina can't do anything for those seeking shelter in the Throne, but for those rushing to Aurora she can hurry things up a bit, flying out to meet them and throwing a haste spell down on a bunch.

We need to find a way to get this sort of manifestation to help us. So far, Hell continues to use the battlefield to their advantage... we need to do the same."
