Ebiris

Afina watches the soldiers around the Throne carefully now to see how long it takes those caught out to... go berserk?

'Try and subdue anyone who acts strange after exposure to the blood rain, we may be able to treat them in Aurora,' she sends to the commanders in the field.

"This means Bel is back on Lifasa, we don't know where yet but he's here," she says aloud. Will the rain continue unabated as long as he's here? Is it world-wide or does its presence here mean he's close by?

"...No, I fear it's too late now," Morniel says. The soldiers rush in and Afina can see it, some starting to draw weapons, others going to subdue them.

Afina thinks and realizes it means he's close normally, but with the state Lifasa is in, it's not clear. It could be much farther than usual.

Moore tries to think if something as simple as a Heart's Ease spell might remove these effects.

I'm presuming it's K:A, so Take 10 for 61. If it's K:P the number is the same.

Ebiris

There's nothing much they can do but dig in. Are golems at least immune to the rain? They can be used to subdue anyone roaming wild and bring them back to Aurora in that case at least. Though if they're not immune they'll have to stay under shelter like everyone else.

Anastasia

Moore thinks it's the right idea, but would need to be greatly augmented.

Constructs are generally not subject to such things, Afina recalls. They should be fine.

"I think we can undo it with an augmented Heart's Ease spell. Priest could probably do it, but I think it's beyond my ability. We really just need something to..." He takes a breath. "Actually, Priest can use Aurora to do it, couldn't he? But... even if we undo it, if it's still raining it'll just happen again."

Ebiris

Any of her golem brigade that are handy on Aurora get sent out to do clean up and ferrying of KO'd soldiers back to safety for healing, and she telepathically sends to Dana that she employ any golems on her end to do the same.

"We don't have any counter to the weather, all we can do is mitigate the damage to our forces. If this is worldwide I'm far more worried about the Sylican forces at the elven tree, they're completely exposed."

Nephrite

"Do we have any easy way of contacting them?" Moore asks.

Ebiris

"We've been using messengers for proper updates, but the sending orbs will work for a quick message." She gets Vul'lath on that. 'Vul'lath, can you contact Antenora with a sending orb? Inform her we're pinned by Bel's blood rain but stable, ask if they're affected and need support.'

Nephrite

Moore nods. "If we need a quick solution to the effects, I think Priest using Aurora's battlefield magic would do it."

'Done. Antenora reports that Seira's avatar and Amaryl are directly waging war against Bel's avatar.'

"Avatars fighting, Seira and Amaryl are battling Bel in their theatre," Afina says for those nearby. "They haven't asked for support so we have to trust they can handle it."

Nephrite

Moore says a silent prayer for their victory. Celestia's light be with them.
