Searching is simple enough - time consuming, but a funny thing happens. Once the house is secured, guards by the platoon invite themselves over. Langersun's city guard lead by military officers, arresting everyone and anyone there that is alive and not the three of you. Upside, it means there's no more resistance. Downside, Ebony talks to a commander and meets with you after, "They're officially claiming the manor for the Crown as a royal investigation and possible forfeiture. Unofficially, His Majesty gives us permission to take things within reason that will not impede the investigation."

A pause, a ghost of a smile, "Apparently Dana's made her opinion about the rights of adventurers to loot abundantly clear to her father in the past."
