Alyssa ends the spell and turns to the others.

"Well, there's not much to go on, unfortunately. He was careful, but I did get some information..."

Alyssa goes over the man's build, dominant hand, weapon preference and other facts.

"... and he was wearing a single ring. Darkened metal, right ring finger. I couldn't detect any magic."

[Anastasia]

"That's something," Emily says, "Does any of that narrow it down at all?"

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa runs the traits through her memory, but it's a long shot and she knows it.

"If nothing else, it gives us something to have our people keep an eye out for."

[Anastasia]

Continue on the upgrades and... Check on Delize... And... I dunno. Hades or making new land/extra dimensional space stuff.

Well, let's get Emily some of the adventure she's looking for, I guess. Make her happy. So either Hades or help her research into the ring replacement. Whichever tickles her fancy more.

[Anastasia]

Let's to the ring replacement. How do you plan to approach this?

[Iron Dragoon]

Well, it's super rare so I guess first research into old lore about anything that might fit, then some possible divination, though I don't know how effective the latter will be.

[Anastasia]

Perhaps unsurprisingly, checking the order's books doesn't turn up anything helpful. Jarem looks up from his book as Emily's engrossed in hers, "I think we need a better library, Queen. Which means a trip to a better one and getting access to it."

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa sighs. "Yes. It was a small hope. Sometimes knowledge can be found in a single book in the corner of a library."

She drops the book she's flipping through on the table. "Just not this library, it seems. The question is, which library do we try. Emily, you're more likely to know more libraries, and have access to them, than we do. Suggestions?"

[Anastasia]

"Um, I know a lot of libraries in Brightwater, but well..." Emily trails off at that.

"Right, not an option," Jarem says, concisely. "I have access to the Queen's Archives, which is the holy libraries in Warrior's Rest. It's mostly strategy and tactics, but there's lore of all kinds tangentially related to warfare."
