Go ahead and do your pitch, I'll give you various reactions and get it rolling once you do.

[Iron Dragoon]

"Thank you all for coming. I've got a proposal for a working vacation of sorts. Celestia is in the midst of a festival. We've all had a lot of stress with the new attention we've received and with the attacks. I'd like us to attend the festival for a bit of fun. I also know there's some here who are, to varying degrees, not entirely satisfied with the alliance I've made or the manner in which I've made it. I'd like to offer everyone here the opportunity to use the festival to make their own inquiries into gaining support. Up to this point I've effectively bullied the Order into responding to things the way I want. It was for a reason, and now that we have functional defenses, I'd like to open things back up for us all."

[Anastasia]

Of all of them, it is Madala who reacts first. She sits back and declares, "Finally. Why Celestia, it's hardly allied with us. That's a realm for paladins and martyrs, not wizards."

Delaize is quiet as he sits back, head half bowed as he murmurs, "She is not wrong. I do not see the immediate appeal of Celestia for it. The connections are not strong."

Ule keeps his voice down as well, adding, "Disagreed. They are natural enemies of Shar."

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa points to Ule.

"That. We're no slouches in wizardry, but holy power to smite devil's and demons? A thing we lack. Holy artifacts and items of power we can use? We had a more pressing need for soldiers in case of direct attack. Now we have tome and breathing room to make deals with as few strings as possible."

[Anastasia]

You hear the faintest thump outside the room, barely audible.

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa holds a hand up and locks eyes with Madala, pointing to her ear, then outside the door, moving to get out of the direct path of the door, off to the side and waits for something to happen...

[Anastasia]

Madala nods and silently moves, the rest of the Council moving as well. Silence, nothing immediately happening.

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa moves closer to the door and holds up fingers, counting down before throwing open the door with her TK.

[Anastasia]

Two guards stand out there, as expected. They turn at the door opening, one asking, "Ma'am?"

[Iron Dragoon]

"There was a thump..." She looks around, including the ceiling. It might have been a scrying spell if sorts.

[Anastasia]

"Oh, sorry. I dropped something," One of the guards says. "Sorry, ma'am."

Madala exhales, "Idiots, don't drop things!"

[Iron Dragoon]

"What was it?"
