Alicia tries to determine where that voice is coming from.

Alter reality for some sort of 'telepathy caller ID' spell that will give me the location of whoever's talking to me with that medium. I don't think any existing spells cover it, but it'd probably deserve a will save? DC 30 or 40 depending on whether alter reality uses the same DC as a spell or as a divine spell like?
