By any means necessary, not that I don't think there's an equitable way to resolve whatever issue you two have.'

[Anastasia]

'We will meet. Come.'

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa nods to herself. "Well, one less issue. Now I have to wait for my magic to stabilize..."

With that, she heads off to check in on her mom and sister, if she's around.

[Anastasia]

So killing an hour then going to meet her? If so, are you going alone or taking anyone?

[Iron Dragoon]

I figure Emily would be interested. I dunno if anyone else would be.

[Anastasia]

It's up to you who you bring and ask to go, Iddy. If you aren't sure about someone and want their opinion, ask.

[Iron Dragoon]

Well, I mean I actually wanted to do the mom/sister RP thing first, then go find Emily to ask.

[Anastasia]

Okay.

You find your mother and sister at home, sharing a quiet lunch and...

[Iron Dragoon]

"Hey you two. Oh, just in time for lunch... What're we eating?"

Alyssa slides into a chair easily and starts picking about the food.

[Anastasia]

It's a simple soup with bread and vegetables. Nothing too frich or fancy.

"There you are, dear," Mother smiles and gives you a hug, "Back home from making magic this morning?"

[Iron Dragoon]

"Maaaayyybe I made something else."

Alyssa grins mischievously.

"I visited papa in the forge."

[Anastasia]

Your sister gives you a flat look, "Aren't you supposed to not do that?"

"Well..." Mother hums, "I hear you can be come fireproof with a few words and gestures, Alyssa."

[Iron Dragoon]

"I can, sort of. It's more complex than that and deals with different types of energy, but the end result is that yes, I can become fireproof."

Alyssa takes off the bracelet she made and puts it on the table.

"As for not being supposed to do it, well... I'm a blacksmith, you know. I made one for papa and myself. I studied it in secret after I left. It made me a bit homesick not hearing the forge or watching papa, so I did it myself."

Alyssa covers the next part by glancing away and taking a drink.

"... And a little tailoring too..."

[Anastasia]

Alihana's next comment is lost, staring at the bracelet instead. "Oh!"

"You...you made that?" Mother asks, a gasp. "You and sew, too?"

[Iron Dragoon]

"I can't sew as well as I can blacksmith, but yes. I'm waiting for my magic to stabilize from a spell I cast earlier so I thought... The three of us could go shopping for some cloth and we can make the two of you a new outfit each."
