"That'll hurt our offense, we'll need to work closer together, Cresiel declares, "I will protect any that need protecting."

As Cresiel stands there, tall and true, Jetina smiles, "And I'll fix anyone up, so you can concentrate on throwing your strongest spells out, Xandra."

"Only if Moore keeps supporting us," she says, "With all of that, we'll be fine without Kaja."

"Cresiel, Xandra, you two may have to use more martial matters, but I'll see what I can do about swinging a blade as needed myself." Moore says. "We'll be fine, either way."

This is a DM note for the future, Moore would've sent off the Teleport Blocker to get fixed. It's totally fine to say it hasn't been fixed yet since I just now am mentioning it, but I did want to at least bring it up as it is important!

"I plan to," Cresiel says, "We are all capable, let us not lose sight of that in face of Kaja's gifts."

Here Jetina adds with a hand on her hip, "I feel like a child playing at war when I fight next to him."

Moore nods. "He'll be disappointed to hear he missed this, but I don't know that he'd be very satisfied with carving up golems anyway."

At the appointed time, a trumpet archon descends. He is tall, willowy, not built at all. A gentle body, perhaps, yet he wears a massive greathammer on his back.

"Duke Moore?" The celestial asks as he lands, voice strong, belying his body. "I will provide more information if you need it as well as transportation."

"My only question is whether you think we need to try and prevent him from escaping via magic." Moore answers.

"He is a wizard," The celestial says, as if apparent. "But pardon my manners - Ever Light." He introduces himself, "Jetina Jerara, Cresiel and Xandra?"

"That's right," Cresiel says, "This is in Magma, do we need any other preparations other than warding against fire?"

"Not that we know of, but a wizard's home is bound to have surprises. He resides on a sprawling manor, including barns, servant housing and storage. Fortunately, he does not use slaves but hired labor from what we know, so that is not a concern. If you believe otherwise, attempt to rescue the slaves as well."

[Nephrite]

"Well, there's not much we can do about him just running at the first sign of trouble." Moore explains. "But we'll do our best."

[Anastasia]

"Then, are you ready?" Ever Light asks.

[Nephrite]

"Yes, let's be off." Moore confirms.

[Anastasia]

It burns.

You stand amid simmering rock and boiling magma.

A cave, of reds like the inside of an oven heated too far. A path slopes upward, up towards an exit. The scent of sulfur and gas is thick here, as your guide points ahead, "Head straight north. There's a marker just outside of the cave to guide you. It won't be too far," he says.

"Understood. Let's get this taken care of." He says.

Moore nods and heads forward!

Thus all of you march out and as you do - you hear a pitter-patter, like rain. But that can't be right, can it?

Cresiel cocks his head to the side, "Rain," he mutters to himself, frowning.

"Anything is possible with magic. We may need warding against acid, depending on what this ends up being." Moore says. "For now, we continue north -- we'll readjust if we need to." He adds.
