Nephrite

I have a technical question. If Moore used Song of the Elements, would Moore have an idea as to whether the acid/cold/fire/electricity damage would function at all?

Anastasia

<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

Well, I guess I'm asking if it counts as magical damage and bypasses golem immunity or not.

Anastasia

It would work, in the same way that magical weapons still deal normal damage to them.

O K.

Moore makes a quick incantation to empower everyone around him!

Any weapon attacks they make deal an extra 2d6 points of acid damage, 2d6 points of cold damage, 2d6 points of electricity damage and 2d6 points of fire damage in addition to all the other things everyone's weapons to now. : )

Moore doesn't have anything else to do this turn.

Anastasia

Weapon ablaze with power, Cresiel raises his hammer and strikes, slamming down again and again on the already dented iron golem.

Cresiel's blows land again and again as the golem stirkes in turn, cracking all over, chest caving in as...

Yet the sword is blocked as it falls, collapsing with the din of broken metal. Got it! "A dumb brute, just a golem," Cresiel calls, turning.

The spider golem skitters away already as it withdraws, scampering back to the edge of the hole back to the first floor.

Xandra'n'Jetina. Go. It used the withdraw action to avoid AoO.

Xandra and Jetina move back near Cresiel to get out of the hallway once he can move!

No point in chasing it.

Moore will throw up a Wall of Stone over the door the spider golem went through and then proceed past Cresiel into the room on his turn.

Anastasia

The way back is sealed by solid stone, blocked off.

The room ahead is a viewing room. Art of all kinds is about, from paintings, to golden artifacts to tapestries, to carvings to dozens of other things, from the plain but well made to the gem encrusted and princely. There's a door to the north here.

Also a wrecked iron golem, for what that's worth.

Does the door to the north have a barrier?

Moore takes a note of the valuables for later!

Anastasia

In a victory for through abjurers, it does.

Aww, I was hoping the Unbinding from the other room would've hit it. :(

Moore huffs, then snaps off another Unbinding at the wall.

"Xandra, I may have to dimensionally anchor you if we run into more of these." Moore says. "This is really an annoyance, more than anything else."

EDIT:

Forgot the SR roll. He's switching to the SR aura, then back to dex after.

Actually, that's a fair comment since the door was open. No barrier then, go ahead and redo your post.

"I'm ready to be done with this place." Moore says as he opens the next door!

Anastasia

A short hall leading to a landing, stairs going down. There's a door ahead, decorations about as well as busts of various figures, all humans and exquisitely carved.

Ahead is a set of double doors, nicely decorated and inlaid with gold filigree. At the far end is another door, leading deeper in.

"Next time we attack the abjurer in a nastier way," Cresiel agrees.
