Emily looks up a bit, "...I suppose I did, sister," she finally says, "I put some fear into them."

"I was just telling Emily she has that will in her," Xera mentions, "But I really should be going. Good luck building here, Alyssa, and may you follow a righteous path."

Alyssa nods.

"If I might say a final word? Everyone from Emily's family I've met so far, barring Amyrl, has done nothing but put pressure on her. While it's not my place to interfere with family dynamics, I've got something of an insight to it considering how many runaways and students my Order has taken in and raised over the years.

You're all projecting on her and stifling her growth. She's going to make mistakes, no matter what you do to protect her from them, but those mistakes are part of growth. I believe she'll flower into someone magnificent. Without a doubt."

[Anastasia]

"Then I wish you well, both of you," Xera says, leaving after, her companion with her.

Alyssa looks over at Emily from the corner of her eye, waiting for her to gather herself and say something.

Emily takes a breath, "It's....It's just family business," Emily finally says. "I needed to hear something."

Alyssa nods.

"Well, you know where I am if you need help. I won't butt in, but you're here and so am I."

[Anastasia]

"Thanks." Emily gives you a quick hug, "I'll be okay, I promise. Besides, we're going out soon to smite some evil and bring back treasure. I'm going to find something worthwhile for us to do."

"Like find a certain artifact?"

[Anastasia]

"Well yes, but I know that's unlikely," Emily slumps a little, "But I'll settle for going and making a difference somewhere."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Hmm... I don't think Waukeen would have given you a completely impossible task. The first one was made, so there's bound to be others. Or... Hmm... I wonder if we could isolate the spell matrix in you and copy it..."

[Anastasia]

"I doubt it, remember that they can't be made anymore," Emily shakes her head.

"And I can't learn the Words, either."

Alyssa smirks.

"Just because a thing is lost, doesn't mean it can't be found again. Still, it's your quest, approach it how you will. In the mean time, do you have any ideas for this treasure hunt?"

[Anastasia]

"I'm going to go ask a few friends discreetly and safely," Emily says, "...after making sure it's really safe, and maybe just invite them here."

"Isn't that something you should at least run by me? This place was entrusted to me, after all."
