He's casting Bolt of Glory at it. I believe, assuming these are native to the elemental plane, that means 7d6 damage, but I'm not sure there. Neither he, nor I, know if this will 'damage' them, but he's testing the waters to see if anything meaningful happens.

The bolt flies through the blizzard, seeming to accomplish nothing whatsoever.

"Tch. THEY'RE IN THE FORM OF A BLIZZARD!" Moore shouts down to the others. "SO LIKE USUAL, WE PROBABLY NEED FIRE!"

More flames scorch the blizzard, which begins to spread apart into thirds - one third up, one third left and one third right. With loud groans they reform - great, looming monoliths of ice in a vaguely humanoid form. Ice Monoliths, something Moore has dealt with before. They're blackened and melting in places, black water dripping from them. They loom above you, gigantic things.

One raises a massive fist in Xandra's direction, before a burst of cold erupts around her.
