As a coure she was always a hard worker but one who chased after more responsibility and more recognition. Some might have considered her naked ambition to be unseemly, possibly even suspicious, but all she ever wanted was to help Mystra and make her proud! So hearing that, she starts to sniffle and reaches up to dash away a beautiful tear from her eye, "Th-thank you. That's all I ever wanted!" she gets out, beaming in happiness.

[Anastasia]

With a warm and genuine smile, "Go forth with my blessings and my pride for you," Mystra commands. "And this as well." With a flex of magic, suddenly the lava Marie stands on feels less solid, like she could slip right into it if she wants to. A rich, warm laugh follows before Mystra is gone, leaving Marie with Antenora once more.

[Ebiris]

Now that Mystra's gone she can't quite keep up her dignity any longer so she whirls around and tightly hugs Antenora, all happy tears!

[Anastasia]

Antenora embraces her back, just as tightly. No words for now, just holding Marie.

Finally she says, "You've done well, Marie. You've done well."

[Ebiris]

"Yeah..." she says, voice muffled into Antenora's shoulder before she leans back. "Also you know I've got an absolutely huge target painted on me now, right?"

[Anastasia]

"Which is why if we ever get a divine seed of our own, you're going to use at least part of it," Antenora concludes. With a sad smile, "No one will buy you're an innocent little familiar now, Marie. If you have the chance, I think you need to step on stage with the rest of us."

[Ebiris]

"I think I'll stay quiet in Sylica for a little while," she decides. "Can at least stave off whatever misfortune you had divined about you."

[Anastasia]

"I'll be here, too," Antenora says, promising as...

See how Syala/Jessica got on with enlisting help from Selune and Lathander to augment the defences on Dragodan, help Syala build her baddest dungeon ever.

Otherwise our guys should be going to Daun around now, but Alicia isn't directly participating in that.

[Anastasia]

It's not too long until you hear a whispered, feminine voice in your mind. 'Tell me what you need for this, Alicia. No mercy will come from the night sky for Dragodan, so long as the moon endures.'

[Ebiris]

"I want light to shine here day or night, under cover or not, so that none can hide their approach to this forbidden zone," Alicia answers, conveying her voice back to Selune and giving her permission to manifest her will on Sylica however she likes in this area.

[Anastasia]

'Lathander and I will see to it,' Selune agrees. 'You are not one to petition my aid lightly. You believe Shar will try and free him.'

[Ebiris]

"Yes, even if just to kill him and free up that spark once more. As long as he is held here, she has one less potential agent to carry her divine will. No one would allow such weakness to stand, least of all Shar," Alicia agrees.

[Anastasia]

'Then we will do so,' Selune concurs, 'Light shall shine on this place, day or night, and no shadow shall find birth here.'

[Ebiris]

That just leaves it up to her and Syala to build a dungeon around it and fill it with guardians, though the real expectation is that any guardians will only be there to slow a real attempt down long enough for Alicia or Syala to intervene directly.
