"Shadow." It's Antenora that says it, "Once Shar realizes what's happening, we'll be facing her wrath directly."

"All the more reason to win," Latha says, a rather tight smile on her face.

"Selune will be drawing most of the heat, but Shar has ample reason to try and make an object lesson out of us so we need to be at our best here," Alicia says.

"Well if it's another proxy I can handle that," Marie says confidently, the four of them right now taking a little time to rest and mentally prepare themselves in one of Liberton's gardens.

[Anastasia]

As they all sit, "Also," Antenora says, sitting next to Marie, "Will others be fighting with us?"

"Selune never mentioned, but she did specify it was a campaign for the divine so don't expect to see an army there," Alicia answers. "Other friends or proxies of Selune, maybe."

[Anastasia]

It's at that moment that but a single word resonates, 'Come,' Selune sends. 'Are you ready?'

"It's time," Alicia stands, casting the last short duration spells they need before she opens a gate to... the gates of the moon.

'We're coming,' she says before casting that travel spell and striding through.

[Anastasia]

The moon is full.

That's the first thing Alicia notices, the full moonlight is bright. Bright as new snow, white and pure. The mountains all around you are as well lit as daytime.

Before you stands but a child. A child that is an adult, growing before your eyes, speaking in many voices. "Welcome," Selune greets, her presence unmistakable. "The others will come momentarily."

"It's good to be here," Alicia says with a smile. "Who else is all expected?"

[Anastasia]

The adult is old, a cane in hand to support her as she gazes at you with the eyes of a newborn. "Phoebe and my proxies shall form one group to support me. Empress Sulia and hers have volunteered. The elves have sent a delegation lead by Angharrdh.  More come as wel speak."

"This will be no small incursion," Antenora says at that, "You intend to test Shar's defenses that harshly?"

The child floats in the air, held by the old woman as the adult woman supports her. "Yes," All three say in tandem, "Let her not overly focus and defeat us in pieces. We do not doubt she has defenses enough to hold us - but if she does not?" All three smile, a look of fearsome anticipation, "Then the Moon will shine bright this night."

"She'll be eager to show she's not an easy target after her setback in Daa-vid's judgement," Alicia says. "We'll have to give it our all."

Antenora will practice her new alter reality to add death ward (CL33), neutralize poison (CL33) life's grace (CL33), just in case. She isn't optimistic about these helping against anything that can beat divine immunities but it doesn't hurt plus it may get a target to waste dispels on them.

"Hard to believe we're part of this, isn't it?" Marie whispers to Latha. "Although I keep thinking of what it must have been like when the Gods all banded together to strike down Daa-vid. Hope we do better than that."

[Anastasia]

She prefers to rely on her armor. Isn't personal, the armor's just meaningful to her. She never takes epic mage armor for a reason.

"We'll do better," Latha smiles faintly, "Then we'll celebrate," she adds gently, "Long and happily. But let us not get ahead of ourselves."

"That will save us Celestial Valor, then," Antenora reasons.

To this Selune fades, and farther away you can see patches of moonlight, where other groups are beginning to appear and gather.
