So what's your plan here, get people together and see what moves you have to make?

[Iron Dragoon]

This is Ianvasah's thing, so I want her to be part of the decision making, at the very least. So get her pissed n here to hear about the leads, pick one, and then do final prep.

[Anastasia]

Once the three of you are together Bastian sits back, "First lead's allegedly in the ashen wastelands. I have a fairly precise location but I haven't investigated. The source is reliable, but it's second hand information."

[Iron Dragoon]

"What sort of details have you heard? Anything on numbers?"

[Anastasia]

"Small but unknown, assuming it's actually Sharrans and real," Bastian says, "But nothing stone solid yet."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Hmm. Well, we're looking for a specific level of Sharrans."

[Anastasia]

"A specific sort of power or quality, or talent?" Bastian asks back.

[Iron Dragoon]

"Ianvasah? Emily might know, too."

[Anastasia]

"Strong," Ianvasah says, "No weaklings." With a scowl, "Someone worthy of fighting, a truly worthy opponent."

"Probably not, but you could try," Bastian suggests, "I can't make powerful Sharrans appear on demand."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Hm. Well, if we make a nuisance of ourselves, a few are bound to show up."

[Anastasia]

"Or it could turn dick shaped like last time and bend us over," Bastian says, "Like what elves do to horses."

"...Elves do NOT do that!" Ianvasah blushes, "Where did you even GET that crude, disgraceful idea?"

Smiling just a bit too much, Bastian sits back, "A childhood friend said that about elves. Though perhaps it would explain centaurs."

[Iron Dragoon]

"It surely will turn on us, and hold on a moment..."

Alyssa writes up a note and hands it to Bastian.

"That'll have the librarians bring you everything we have on the origins of Centaurs. Perhaps you could spearhead the recruitment of some for our Calvary?"

[Anastasia]

Bastian's smile doesn't break at that, though Ianvasah gets a nice, new one.

"That's a wonderful idea," Ianvasah seconds.
