She's pretty sure the children will go down to another flurry - honestly she should have focused her efforts to defeat at least one of them before but she underestimated them, and Syala's paying the price. Still she attacks them full out now, and they'll see how things look after that!

Alicia shrinks back to normal size, a flick of her blade clearing the ichor from it before she rejoins the others and heals Syala some with a bit of silver fire. "That was bracing, wasn't it?" she says lightly.

Antenora handles the rest of the healing as Syala smiles, "It was - we all felt that one." She rubs her shoulder as she slowly says, "That was just the outside. What's waiting inside?"

"It's also reassuring to know that the Jormugandr takes its defenses seriously," Antenora begins to advance within. "A fiend that makes it this far won't make it any farther."

Syala's smile widens a little bit, "I'll remember that one the next time we have reason to visit Rapture," she banters.

Antenora smiles ever so faintly at that as you head within - a large hall, decorated with weapons and armor of all kinds on display. Here stands a single warrior - an eladrin. A sense of calm is felt as you stand before it. He is strong and true, body that of a toned warrior. His features are fair, far more handsome than a mortal man. Were you less than you are, you sense his hazy features would be lost to you, like the remnants of a dream.

One of the Children of Liberty stands before you, a pinkish-purplish greatsword held at the ready. Armor of gold and silvery mithral is worn, save for a helmet and gauntlets. "Alicia Reynes, Antenora Reynes, Syala Reynes," he greets.

"Just Syala," Your wife points out, "I didn't take Alicia's name. Now tell me, what is one of Morwel's personal servants doing here?"

"Yet the one you did not marry took your name? What a confusing custom," The eladrin banters back, purple hair short and windblown, free and unbound. He has an easy little smirk on his face, as if greatly amused. "The same reason that angels, valkyries and countless other spirits serve Jormugandr, goddess. Unless you'd like to hear my life's story?"

Meanwhile, beyond him you can see a stairway that ascends up and out of sight, deeper into the fortress.

This is Prax, a Child of Liberty said to be a fierce champion of mortals and mortal dreams. He has not been seen in millions of years, said to be either slain or on some unknown assignment for the Queen of Stars. He's an accomplished swashbuckler and paladin of freedom, as well as a known student of celestial ravages. It's also noted he's an arcane duelist, the same root school the Graceful Blow of Aurora arises from.

Antenora considers him for a time, "I would accept your challenge, even if I am far better suited to fight evil than fellow heavenly spirits."

To this Prax nods slightly, "As am I. If not for the Cavern of Vanquished Nightmares, my skills would grow rusted. A few turn to the means to also smite those of order, but I find those don't agree with me."

"As am I," Antenora echos him, a little nod back. "My wife is a tulani, whenever I study those lessons I can't put her face from my mind."

"Perhaps you would have been a good Arch Angel in another life," Prax banters back, falling into a ready sword stance again. "Except," he smiles, "You are far too beautiful to be forgotten."

With a soft chuckle and then a softer huff of air out, "But enough, surely Ysgard itself grows bored of us talking rather than fighting."
