So those d100s earlier, they were miss chance right? Since it wasn't concealment do I have any idea of what mechanism it used and how it might be defeated? Any spells on this thing even under anti-magic? What can I see with arcane sight?

It's not concealment - it splits into countless tiny, fly-like things to avoid it - rather like a swarm.

The slaad ignores antimagic as far as you can tell. Most likely a proxy or perhaps an abomination or some kind.

It has no spells on it but is bolstered by the river, in the same way the white slaad were earlier. The moment you realize this, you can see the river around it, flowing, endless and relentless. The frozen bog is the river, the path is the river. The river continues to flow as you stand in it.

Well, perhaps a redo with some extra anchoring to stop them from merging? Or a spell that attacks something else... her sword swings out, this time debilitating her target as much as wounding it.

Full attack, if it splits during the string then attacks focus on just one of the two, then if it splits she'll focus down just one of those and so on until she runs out of attacks or her target stops splitting.
