Like this you advance onward - and the mists slowly part to reveal solid walls of ice. Ice dozens of feet thick, and within it the dead can be seen. Specters and shadows, all gliding through it like it isn't there, heading in your direction. The walls stretch nearly a mile above and below, as well as half a mile to the sides.

Beyond it you are able to see a hazy building, shielded by the mists and the bitter chill here.

"That's a lot of ice," Marie says. "Are we going to have to melt it all?"

Alicia considers that...

Is the hazy building inside the ice or behind it?

[Anastasia]

Behind it.

[Ebiris]

"No, we can just go around," Alicia says, compressing space to get to the side of the block. "Follow me?" she moves through that twist, crossing two thirds of a mile in an instant.

[Anastasia]

"Well cast," Phoebe agrees as you all step by, on the far edge of the block. Undead are in it as well, but only a few as you can walk right around if you like. Or fly as the case may be.

[Ebiris]

"I'm quite proud of this magic," she smiles at Phoebe, another twist of space used to bring them closer to that building.

Just one titanic block of ice guarding just one direction, though? And the one they came by? Seems a bit off.
