Its wings fall, cutting into the ground and plunging there, narrow canyons made with no end of them in sight, no bottom glimpsed. You turn on the eye and slash it - several times, blooding it yet more. Cracks erupt around you like a tempest, but you're too strong now. You endure them and slash it open, weeping ichor from those wounds.

The follow up impales the eye anew as it falls, ripping a hole in it. Antenora flies back to your side, succor mending the acidic burns that plague your body.

220 points of healing to you. Antenora's done, she's just positioning and tending to your wounds this round, since odds are you smack things hard next round and she can clean up as needed.

Warmth. The gemstone of truth draws your gaze to the eye. The pupil opens up, a mouth larger than Hanna opening wide within it. Shiny white teeth can be seen within as from it another emerges. A man, tall and fully formed. A body of muscle and raw power, dripping with strange, globby fluids. He has no hair whatsoever and skin the color of rotted meat.  His head is bowed, no sign of awareness of movement. A slender umbilical cord of solid metal connects him to something deeper within the eye.

The man holds his hand out. In his hand a spear of the globby fluid that drips off him forms, yet stays solid. The haft of the spear has its own umbilical cord, connecting below into the eye as well.

"Madness," Antenora declares, "We will not suffer you to live, nightmare, unless you turn away from this evil."

The silver fire somehow misses the man's cord. He moves inhumanly fast, blurring out of the way and dragging the cord along. The spear barely reacts, following but not that fast. The blast severs the cord entirely, rich purple blood spraying from the broken cord as it flops back down. The spear begins to convulse, entire body in turmoil.

Alicia hums to herself and then sends a pair of green rays lancing out at the wire trailing behind the fast-dodging man.
