Devils related to Tiamat are the simplest answer there. The problem is that Tiamat is mostly associated with Avernus and that just had a recent, huge turnover in rulership. You could try that path if you want or try another one, as all the changes from a new Lord of the First Hell caused a great many shakeups.

Bahamut's had some problems with Imix and the efreet lately, mostly as collateral to the recent war that the efreet lost. The efreet are slavers, but for now are out of the game thanks to Seira. Imix still is however, but word is that Seira recently delivered him a serious setback.

Bahamut and Auril don't get along, as both deities represent cold. While a minor aspect for Bahamut, nonetheless the two clash over it quite a bit.

Alyssa calls Jarem and Emily.

Both report as requested. "So what's on your mind, Alyssa?" Jarem asks.

"These are the targets I've found. I wanted some input as to which is the most attractive both from a gift to Bahamut standpoint, and a tactical evaluation."

Alyssa lists out the three options.

"Imix has potential," Jarem says, "But he's gone on the defensive and I'm hearing rumblings in Fire. It may be a poor time to stick our nose in there. Auril's the simplest of them all but the most able to respond."

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa taps her desk, "Who are Auril's enemies? Anyone we know? A joint operation on two fronts to split her attention and response?"

[Anastasia]

"She usually clashes with most of the Heavens,' Jarem says, "I know she doesn't get along with Kossuth for obvious reasons nor Chauntea. Chauntea would make the most sense, as Kossuth is busy with what's happening on Fire."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Well, we have at least some good will with Chauntea, from the investigation into Shadin Fescion."

[Anastasia]

"That will help. I'll call it in," Jarem agrees, "It makes the most sense so unless you have an objection?"

"I don't," Emily says, and Jarem smiles.

"Wasn't asking you," Jarem banters, "I was asking Alyssa, but your lack of objection is noted for the record."

Emily blushes a bit before, "Well, I'm glad it is!"

"No. Do what you do. Let's find us a specific target and do some information gathering on it."

[Anastasia]

"Enjoy that, Emily. I'll go do the diplomatic end of this while you find a good target. Chauntea's a practical sort, she'll understand where I'm going with this even if I don't have a target right away." Jarem turns to go, "My avatar will be in shortly to take my place."
