Let's pretend we're giving the refugees 10% of this value (23,947), then we get:

All of this is pending how much we actually give to the survivors, but just posting the numbers for now.

-65,000gp for the Necromancy Staff (Waves of Exhaustion/Waves of Fatigue)
-30,000gp for the Wall of Ice wand

The above 3 items would be party gear, to try out in our next bandit hunt, since they provide battlefield control and ways to deal with multiple non-planar enemies.
If they don't serve us well, we can sell them after an adventure or two and recover most of the cost, before splitting it back 6 ways.

That said, I don't understand how you counted it. Even when I tried to count absolutely every large pearl including magical items, I didn't reach your number. Did you start from "Notable shark raider loot." and go from there?

Assuming you had, after party purchases we'll have 90,523gp.
That gives each of us six 15,087gp each.
Then if someone wants to buy a sword or gloves or that fireball spellgem, they can either add some of their existing funds, sell an old item (sword?) or borrow from others.

The mourning ore was part of a weapon already priced, so that's just the description of it. No money for that, it's already factored in.

Could you double check about the lockbox never being resolved real quick?

The Wall of Ice wand isn't 30k gold. A price wasn't provided for that. Since it's highly relevant now, the price for a Wall of Ice wand is...21k gold. Go ahead and adjust for that first?
