A dart flew from the bonsai near the door as he stepped in.  Imbeding itself in Shinichi's arm, he began to feel sleepy.

[Corwin]

Shinichi stepped outside, closed the door, and tried to take out the dart and assess the damage, asking Genma for that anti-poison kit.

[Dracos]

Shinichi found it thankfully not barbed, the dart pulling out easily enough, though a wave of dizziness spun through him.  Only a small cut was visible, bleeding negligably really.

Genma quickly pulled out the kit and handed it to Shinichi.

[Corwin]

Thanking Genma, Shinichi used it on the cut, while scanning the wound for any foreign elements.

[Dracos]

Draining the poison out barely, Shinichi was left feeling woozy and tired.  Other than the slight remains of the poison being sucked out, there was no other foreign elements.

And lo, after many an age the tired slime awoke from his slumber.  Weaker than he began the trip, but alive.

Onion, valliant red slime that he was, tried to determine if he was in good enough shape to make the leap back to the outer wall.

[Corwin]

Several minutes later, Shinichi finally finished getting the poison out, and returned the kit to Genma, thanking him again.

"The bonsai trees next to the entrance are booby trapped," he said sarcastically. "How could they not be?"

Shaking his head, Shinichi asked Genma, "Got something with caffein in it, per chance?"

[Dracos]

Crawling up the window, the slime examined the distance.  Yes he could make it, though he'd go splat against the wall a little ways down.

Slimes cannot sigh, this is true. But had he the ability to do so he would have. He made a thorough sweep of the room, trying to find the exits and any items that might be of use to him.

[Figment]

"No, that's one item I neglected to bring."

[Corwin]

"Too bad." Shinichi frowned, and reached into his backpack, fishing out his first air kit. "Wanna take care of the traps inside while I recover from the sleeping dart?"

While waiting for an answer, Shinichi found disinfectant and poured it over the wound, continuing dressing it afterwards. His mind tried to focus on the pain to become more alert.

[Figment]

"Ok."

Genma stowed the anti-venom kit and went over to the door again where he carefully and thoroughly examined the visible area.

[Dracos]

The slime indeed saw not one, but two exits with his eyes.  Doorways towering high above him, yes they were.  Items to use though, he was a slime, what use had he for items?
