Figment

Spinning to his right, Devon called out, "Wolves at fifty yards."

Reaching up his sleeves, he pulled out a knife in each hand.

O'karn roars and flings Drall away from him, drawing his sword and menacingly preparing for battle, ready to maintain his ground, sword ready to swiftly lash out and slay any who got close.

Well, Goodbye.

At the call of the fatigues wearing individual Arael grabbed   her mace, prepared for battle. It would be too risky to use her abilities.

She placed herself before the mage. They couldn't aford to lose him.

As Drall was thrown through the air, unfortunately towards the wolves, he landed about five feet in front of Devon.

He landed about the same time the wolves were 120 feet away.

OOC:  Drall, you're woozy, but you can start an action.

Drall slowly got to his feet, his head ringing.  'That damn brute...'  He shook his head to clear it.  'No time for that now.  I don't have time to throw anything - I can only use my sword.'

He reached for his sword and began to back slowly towards the group, hoping to get his sword drawn in time.

As the wolves approached, the party could make out five creatures, in a 1/3/1 formation.

Drall made it back to stand even with Devon and Areal, still a little woozy.

As they reached thirty feet from Devon, he threw both daggers at the lead animal.   As soon as they were away, he reached for his sword.

He noted with some surprise as the lead animal attempted to leap over the oncoming missiles.  The animal successfully dodged the first one, but failed to elude the second as it impacted its front leg, eliciting a scream from it.

He slowed and the three wolves in the second line moved to the fore, and bore down on the humans.  Precisely, two were directed towards Devon, one towards Drall, while the other two ran straight at the party, as few feet and seconds behind.

Drall held his position and extended his sword, waiting to strike until the wolf was in reach.

Arael, noting the lack of attacker coming for her, broke left and back. She held the mace with one hand while drawing one of her large daggers with the other. She moves out of the big man's swing radius and prepares to throw the dagger from the wolves flank.

Figment

Devon drew his sword and moved back and to the right, staying out of O'karn's swing radius. Attempting to prevent any wolves from swinging around the Ogre to flank it.

kpjam

Drall looked at the wolf approaching him.  He swung when it got within reach, only to have it dance to his left, as the blow grazed it, drawing blood.

Two wolves seemed impervious to anything else as they continued in pursuit of Devon.

One moves to Devon's right, while the other attacks, sinking it's fangs into his ankle.

Drall holds back, but makes sure he is out of the ogre's reach.  He continues to hold up his short sword with one hand while quickly reaching for one of the knives on his belt to throw at the wolf.

Dracos

With a swift thrust of his blade, O'karn sought to remove the wolf between him and Devon.  His blade hungering for the flesh of his enemies as it glowed softly.

Fearless Leader
Well, Goodbye.

Figment

Growling, Devon brought his bastard sword down in an arc towards the wolf that had bitten him.
