Senshi Training, Take #1!

[Ebiris]

Hearing her glove beep, Rei quickly raises her hand and taps the jewel. "Rei here," she says, wondering if it's Serenity getting back to her after that busy signal.

[Corwin]

As Ami is about to answer, Rei's glove beeps.

[Halbarad]

Ami opens her mouth to reply, but closes it again as Rei turns her attention to her glove.

[Ebiris]

Rei frowns, tapping the jewel again. "Hello?"

[kpjam]

"Rei!  Thank god.  It's Minako.  Where are you?  I need your help."  Minako speaks quickly into her communicator.



ooc:  I'm assuming it's me that got through to Rei.

[Corwin]

OOC: Your assumption's correct, given you dialed.  >_>

[Ebiris]

"We're not far from the place we were told three perverts had been sighted - we just saw some sort of explosion over there. Where are you and what help do you need?" Rei asks, wondering if Minako had anything to do with that blast...

[kpjam]

"I'm not that far from...," she stops as some realization hits her...  "Three perverts?  Warehouse?  If someone else had sighted them why didn't they tell me?!" She screams.

[Ebiris]

"I thought you were in space with the Queen?" Rei says, before shrugging, "Never mind. We were told to come to this area after a priestess reported sighting three of them. I take it you did have something to do with that explosion I just saw?"

[kpjam]

"If I did, then we might be lucky," she mumbles before continuing.  "Jam and I engaged the three.  They had completed a device of some kind before we could stop them.  After the battle, some protective field went up around the device.  I'm out of energy and couldn't think of a way to penetrate the field when some obnoxiou voice started taunting me.  Jam's been knocked unconscious so I decided I couldn't do anything else, so I took her back to the shuttle.  The explosion happened when I returned to my shuttle, I've spent the time since the explosion tending to Jam.  And here I am.  Any ideas?"

[Ebiris]

"A device? Maybe they blew themselves up?" Rei suggests hopefully. "They don't seem terribly bright, after all. Still, we should probably investigate. Can you point out any landmarks near your shuttle? We can meet up with you there then come up with a plan."

[kpjam]

"Can you pinpoint my location using the communicator as a homing device?' Minako asks as she takes out the data pad and map of the area, trying to determine where she was.

[Ebiris]

"Um... I don't really know. I'm not all that technically inclined myself," Rei admits, before turning to the younger sailor senshi beside her. "How about it, Ami-chan? Can it do that?"

[Halbarad]

"I don't see why not. The gloves are voice-activated, so if Minako will just tell it to transmit her coordinates to your glove we can cross-reference that with the surface map to figure out exactly where she is."

[kpjam]

Minako tells her glove to transmit her coordinates to Rei and Ami.
