She landed, her silver wings retracting into her back and through her armor.

Mike looked at Kei in surprise, shocked at how quickly his attitude turned around.

'He see's someone who only looks like Asrana and he's all doe-eyed over her to...shallow guy.' He thought as he simply stood there listening to the conversation.

Ariel shook her head, "I don't know the book's title...I can only identify the language it was written in. And her parents don't like reading it because they had to read some very nasty prophecies in that language. And they won't share them with anyone." She fell into a sitting position, oddly graceful and fluid in her movements.

She shook her head, "I don't know what's in this book. And I'm sure there is NOT someone in Dracol who can read it. Only the direct royal family and senior members of the extended family know Old Draconian. And currently the only person senior enough in the extended family is Demos, and he won't read these books either."

She growled, "Damnit...I need to find Asrana..." Her tachi blurred as it left its sheath, slicing cleanly through a tree.

She quickly began to jog away.

Kei smirked. "Guess she thought the tree looked at her in the wrong way or something."

He stood motionless in his spot for a moment, debating with himself whether he should follow Ariel or not.

He sighed.  He wasn't particularly interested in seeing Asrana again so soon, which would probably happen if he followed Ariel... but for some odd reason, he was kind of worried about her.  With the state of mind that she seemed to be in, there was no telling what she might get herself into.

"Alright," he sighed an audible sigh, and quickly jogged after Ariel. "Let's go..."
