Okay. I've had GM experience with one "game" before, which sorta drifted into nothingness, and which was somewhat my fault. Having utterly failed to learn from this, I figure I might as well start something new.

I want to do a game that has some of the feel of Utena; the characters are at a high school and there's some strange things afoot, and they're about to get in over their heads. Unfortunately, I'm rather lacking in conspiracies right now, so I'm asking for some ideas I might use for this.

If this isn't the right forum, lemmie know, and I'll move it or whatever. Thanks in advance.

(Planning on using Tri-Stat BESM, if that helps any.)

Why complicate yourself? Why not go with a simple "Things/People are [insert mysterious happening. ex: dissappearing]. Can a group of students band together to find the culprit(s) and put a stop to their nefarious doings? Or will [insert name of dark god] be summoned to doom the world?" or something? ^_^
<Cidward> God willing, we'll all meet in Buttquest 2: The Quest for More Butts.

That would be more like St Luminous High School than Utena, not that that's a bad ting.   A lot of people disliked that series, but it rather reminded me of the British TV SF&F of my long-ago youth.
