Should video games be considered Art?

This isn't terribly relevent directly for most people regarding the design of games.  But I found this to be an intriguing article which touched in many ways on what I try to do on the Gamer's forum.  It's no secret that I view gaming rather seriously.  I believe that people should try to extend themselves and become better gamers because it gets even more fun as you go.  So, on a personal note, I suggest this article for everyone.
