I'd forgotten all about it. See, I'd half planned to try and make 50,000 some sort of gimmick post, but oh well.

Maybe it's confused by some of the old and deleted folders we used to have.

The Tomb mishap a few years back comes to mind, as that messed up some post counts down the line.

Perhaps there's something to do with edited/deleted posts? Or maybe the server moves, combined with the archives?

Though, I never got around to asking. How the hell did you accidentally delete Tomb, anyway? It seems like the sort of thing you couldn't do on accident unless you were in the area, so to speak.

I was going to remove/move another forum and I wasn't paying close enough attention.  By the time I realized what I'd just pressed, it was already wiping the directories out.

Well, that answers that. Yippe-kai-boom-boom goes Tomb, and hundreds of odd and gory memories are lost. Poor Nerima, they lost so much that day.
