Hi, a bunch of us (Me, Rez and probably a few non-forum posters) are starting up an alt group.

This is in response to the fact that some of us cannot hope to keep up with others and yet we still want to be able to group with friends on occasion.

What I propose to do is post here a level bracket for the alts and raise it say weekly.

If you care to join in just keep a character in the bracket and message others when you see them online, i spose there should be a general rule not to group with anyone outside the bracket to keep it fair.

Keep in mind this wont be for your primary char cause most of us play too much to keep a single char in the bracket :S

I aim to move the bracket slowly enough so someone who only plays a couple times a week can comfortably keep up.

The bracket currently is:
* 17-19

Brian

I'm rolling up a hunter.  I'll try and catch up ... but probably won't for a few days. ;)

As we are planning on making a group maybe we should post classes to get a decent distribution.

Right now I'm trying to level a Mage

Carthrat

Eh, I could try catching up with Alliandre.

It'll be such a novelty. We'll have a party tank. XD

I have a Rogue in the bracket and a Pallydin I made tonight . . .
Hangin' out backstage, waiting for the show.

I have a Rogue almost in that bracket, and a hunter that's only lvl 13.  I tend to play either one of them when Cy's at work, since Lindele is pretty much constrained to playing with Koryn at this point.

Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

And where is everyone now?

My highest alt is at 19 right now.  Elven warrior.  Next down would be a druid at 14.

Okay.  Aerik is level 22.  Sometime tomorrow, I'd like to take him through the Deadmines.  Not much warning, but I thought I'd see what support I/we could garner.  Also, I want to know what the current 'alt' level is to try and keep Aerik in that window.

And the Deadmines is an instance I know well enough that I'm not worried too much about a pickup group for.  (Aside, BFD is just not nearly as worthwhile as Deadmines.  What's up with that? >_<)

My warrior hasn't left the elven lands yet.  Though she's planning on it once she hits level 20, which isn't too far off.  She plans a tour of the weapon trainers. :)

Figment

Err, I've a number of alts at level 20, and a few below.

Brian

Since I no longer know where the window is for alts, Aerik is now 25, and Alwin is 13.

I've got alts all over the place, though they're going up. Harpsichord is 26 or so. Reklinn is 25. Chiho (who isn't in the guild) is 13 and Sunnyflower is 12. (I think)

I could fit in just about anywhere.
