Cathrat's Vote phase ended as of 1:24 AM GMT on April 27. Darthrevan had Until 1:24 AM GMT on April 28 to post his proposal draft. As he has not, his turn is ended and he loses 50 points. The next player,  I belive it is Casual Sax, has until 1:24 AM GMT on April 29 to post his next draft.

I'd just like to inform you all that I'm going on a short vacation. Starting pretty much now and extending into next week. Going camping and rock climbing with some friends. Unfortunately I'm going to miss out on my turn and I'm not to sure what the On Vacation status has to say about that with regards to failure to submit a proposal.

I have confirmed with casual sax that he is indeed nolonger playing. The phase passes to Itarien. As Itarien has indicated his absence to the group, According to recent legislation he is considered on vacation until his next post. The legislation Says nothing with regards the execution/suspension of turn sequence. I would argue that the spirit of the rule is to encourage communication between players - therefore Itarien should not be penalized for declairing vacation status - subsequently his turn should be skipped without penalty.

The turn passes to Leus. Leus has untill 3:15 AM GMT on April 30 to post his next proposal draft. As Itarien notified us of his status on his turn the time is based on that notification.  [/code]

I would agree.  That's probably one of the things I meant to add and then didn't have time to think about...:D

Next time guys, please post absence notifications etc. in the serialization/status thread, easier for me to find.  I'll copy/paste this time.  :)
