IRC Chat and general chat guidelines

You will need to attend this to keep up on the game =P  Given the pretty strong 'let's do this' mentality said so far, this hopefully won't be a problem.

If you cannot get there and are posting, please try and IM the one who needs to respond so that they don't have to sit there refreshing over and over again =)
