Part 4: Enter the Vault

[RyderHakubi]

"Came to have my gun serviced... heard 'round the grapevine that Vault City has some of the best gun stores around."

[Dracos]

"Mmmhmm." He folded his arms.  "You have your license with you of course?"

Dracos

[RyderHakubi]

"Frankly, I woke up here with it... I've had it with me in all the places I've been to in my time here and this is the first time I've been asked about licensing and registration."

[Dracos]

"Mmm, hmm.  And this is the first place you've come to?"

Dracos

[RyderHakubi]

"No, far from it... like I said, I've been traveling for a while, been to a few cities like New Brunswick, and this is the first time anyone has asked me for a licence.  I didn't even know there WERE licences..."

[Dracos]

The man nodded.  "Likely story."

The other officer came back in, talking quickly then sitting down, letting the first speak.

"Thought you could pull a fast one, didn't you?"

Clyde/Leets/Darx/Jan:

And so you guys have a reasonably restful evening in the two rooms acquired, the night passing as you are awoken by the chirping of birds in the morning.

Dracos

[Olvelsper]

Jan went down to the maintanence guild after leaving the others a note. Time to check up on the progress, and to see if he could do that favor for Wright.

[Dracos]

Dropping by the maintainance guild, he found it just opening.

"Heya.  Here for those parts?  They should be in this afternoon."

Dracos

[Olvelsper]

"Oh great. Thanks. I was here for something else, though. Can I come in, please?"

[Dracos]

"Sure." The door was open.

Dracos

[Olvelsper]

Jan entered the maintenance guild. "I'd like to know if your guild is interested in doing business for raw materials?"

[Shukuen]

Later, after reading Jan's note and freshening up, Leets wandered once more around the city, taking in the sights as he explored the streets.

[Dracos]

"Well, that generally doesn't come through us.  What kinds of materials though?"

Dracos

[Olvelsper]

Jan began listing the kinds of materials that he knew could make weapons, but could be used to make other stuff.
