Mid term today that I am not prepared for.

Why?

I spent last night on Deathwatch. My grandfather finally passed. I'm tired. I spent the whole time with family. I'm stressed. I'm a bit depressed.

But I will pass this damned test.

I'm installing half-life 2 for a school assignment.

my desire to do this declines with every passing moment sitting in front of the annoyingly long install that predates me making it so I can play the requisite few hours at home.

After installing from disc?  You get to wait for Valve to 'unlock' your game, because it was installed encrypted. :D

After fighting with it, I got to play the demo.

It was decisively bleh.  But the whole gravity gun thing was cool.

I think there was supposedly a character I was playing.  He may have been named gordon freeman, I'm not sure.

I'm about to write on him.  It is going to be brutal.

2 h 1 minutes.  150 problems.   Didn't reach my goal time by 1 minute, but given my goal time was unrealistic to begin with, that's pretty damn good.  I'm pleased with my training so far and prepared to completely obliterate the cert come wednesday.
