I've been meaning to post Engan forever. He's spent most of his time in Balmuria training guards and helping Demedais; he's gained more levels than the static and occupied Claris. I don't know if he'll come up much, but he's due and getting him together is a good thing. His weapon is insane because he's a Kensai, he's under-equipped otherwise.

Instill's ID part needs to be reworked but I'll do that another time. Do

Instill(Ex): Once per day, as a full round action may instill up to class level from his BAB or base save bonuses and add it to the recipient. This lasts for 1 hour. Should the beneficiary die, the Kensai must roll a fort save(5+targets HD) or die as well.
