Combining magical items costs the following: 1.5 times the price of everything except the most expensive item (which is usually used as the base). So do that math real quick.

Looks like the other two items are 18k total (since the 50k from the horn is staying a horn), so that's 27000 on top of the belt's 100k for a total of 118k/4 = 29.5 unless there's a cost involved in turning the belt into a hat (but since one of the items is a hat anyway I doubt this is a problem)

Moore will also offer his own services in enhancing items made through the forge if anyone wants to take him up on the offer!

Okay, any other purchases then, Moore?

Yes, correct, as long as I have the bardic music uses to spend. Let's say 15.

First is for shout and the second is for greater shout. However, using bardic music to fuel it is worth a discount. I'm going to say 75% just off the top of my head. So 15000 and 60000, respectively.

Okay, so with that in mind it looks like this:

Harp, 'Divine Inspiration' - When equipped, after using bardic music, all allies within 60 ft., whether they were affected by the music or not, gain +2 to attack rolls and +2 to to Spell DCs for 3 rounds. If the bard casts other bardic music, this effect continues, but does not offer any cumulative bonuses. The bard must continue these effects themselves, the ability does not function if an echoing effect is used. In addition, this Harp confers a +15 insight bonus to Perform (String Instruments) checks.

The harp may also be used at will to cast Greater Shout, at Caster Level 15th, by expending one use of user's bardic music allotment. This is a Standard Action.


So 60 + 60 / 4 = 30k for the whole thing?

Is there anything that he could get to bolster his raw HP score?

Ring of Protection is out since he already has a deflection bonus to AC, Bracers of Armor are out since he... wears... armor.

If there's not an HP Booster he can get now, he'll just hold onto his money and buy things later as they come up.


Oh, he'll also get a Handy Haversack made so he can hold stuff!
