"I know exactly what you mean! Sometimes you just feel like stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something different. I got to try it when I went to a Prime and pretended to be a wizard. I'm sure you could do the same, if you found the time and felt the urge, and acted as a knight on some Prime. With a suitable companion doubling as a bodyguard, it could make for a nice week-long memory. Or a vacation of sorts?"

Moore chuckles at Jaela's comments. "I guess, in general, if I'm faced with an obstacle and going through isn't an option, I'll look for someone to help me around with it. Barring that, I just have to think of something."

[Anastasia]

"By your leave, I would be glad to help you with that," Crystal volunteers.

Meanwhile the two study the diagram. It looks to be a diagram for true seeing, but is incomplete. It's missing the material component.

"Perhaps once Lifasa is free," Ilsenine says, "Until that day, we are at war."

[Ebiris]

"So we need to make an ointment with.... mushroom powder, saffron, and fat?" Afina says, having to think a moment. She generally eschews spells with such components, but goes to look over the jars by the wall for appropriate ingredients.

With Afina's knowledge of the components and magical skill, finding those is easy. Indeed, all three can be found there.

[Corwin]

"Perhaps," Jaela agrees with Ilsenine. Studying the diagram from up close, she frowns. "I happen to carry the missing part," she voices, retrieving the material component. "I even have a few spares, because of how useful it is."

[Ebiris]

"Well, lets just use that then?" Afina says, not greatly confident in her ointment-manufacturing skills.

[Nephrite]

"I think we should try and use what's being offered." Moore says. "At least, that's my opinion -- I can probably whip it up if you're worried about that part."

[Corwin]

"Nothing wrong with being prepared." Jaela places the component in the middle of the diagram. "It's either this or literally use it," she says, deciding to wait for a moment.

[Anastasia]

The component is placed down. The diagram momentarily flares to life, mists rising up from it. They go around and around, obscuring everything. When they're gone, you see there's a door on the far wall.

"Seems to have worked well enough," Afina says, heading for the freshly revealed door.

[Corwin]

Nodding, Jaela waits for Ilsenine to get going before matching her speed.
