Surraruthru focuses again, this time on his Monk abilities. Doing so, he calls on his chaotic nature and takes up the Displacing Stance!

Surraruthru slips into his protections, shielding himself from the worst of it.  The bloated thing's flesh-nub that serves as its head splits open, green-black blood pouring down its body as a single hand reaches out from within. A moment later, hands erupt from everything - the floor, walls, ceiling, the brains themselves, the liquid that falls from them. Hundreds of hands, all reaching for Surraruthru.

Also Surraruthru, have you been applying the 50% failure chance after casting Wish to teleport to the portal out?

I haven't, I totally forgot about that. Doesn't starting a grapple require a melee attack? Displacing Stance gives a 50% miss chance like Blur.

Surraruthru struggles against the hands.

No good. The hands have you securely and you just can't escape.

Anything else you can do? Trying to escape the grapple takes your standard and being grappled really stops you moving.
